While I don't dislike what you posted I think your scenario is highly unlikely.
I think there will be several planes added before 12 months of operations are complete. My understanding from posts here by people close to the action, and my personal talks with some people really close to the action myself is that there are definite plans to add additional 747-200 planes VERY soon after cert.
I also don't think a RS is in the cards for a few years. Adding routes and aircraft are in the cards I believe. Maybe someone else can chime in on this and provide more info than I can.
