watch to see how *volume* for MSRT is handled
after the following days fall off of their 10 day avg
reminder .. it's a new month
and they tend to *work* first half of a new month
differently than they work the back half (decoys)
i'd expect to see a volume day sometime next week
but with less than 4M in MSRT's FLOAT .. they take
a gamble they can't *reset* FTDs .. in time and wind
up triggering threshold
