Here is my take on RSs.
1. If it is preformed to meet the requirements of an uplist to an exchange.(OTC is only a quoting service, all transactions are processed on the NASDAQ).
2. To lower the SS before a buyout.
3. I have never seen a positive outcome when done and the company remains in the OTC.
