A r/s is not always a bad thing. Think about it. Citibank reversed a year or ago and is doing well, granted Citibank is not Baron.
But, look at it this way, say you have 100,0000,000 shares at $.002 and we R/S 1,000 to 1. You know have 100,000 at $2 which meets the minimum share price to be listed on the NASDAQ. An uplisting to the NASDAQ would provide more creditability and visibility to the company.
Granted, I, like most of us, do not want to see a R/S. But it is not as hurtful as one might think. I would rather have 100,000,000 shares at $2 than 100,000 shares at $2. But whatever needs to happen in order for us to suceed and make money, I am all for.
