thats fine but the posters purpose is misdirection-i was talking about federal income tax-
qtry filings for estimated tax payments by a business with no net income would seem to have no further purpose and involve no further forms if there was no income and hence no estimated qtrly tax
i dont do acct for a living as pumpkin already knows but I have a full accting degree summa cum laude as 1 of many degrees i obtained-and was never interested in it but was falsely told in college that it was the best background for 1 of the higher degrees i obtained
naturally the basher doesnt post any proof of his position that small businesses w no net income have to file qtrly federal tax returns (other than the est tax form showing no net income)
