To address what the prior poster stated about IRS filings on a qrtrly basis, the recent federal healthcare law includes a medical device sales tax that probably has to be paid and filed qrtrly. I'm not in business so I don't know about what other might need to be filed but I've asked business owners and they've said state and local filings and pmts are required, based upon location.
