How is Baltia going to sue the manufacturer? Do we even know if the slides are in fact faulty, or an issue of installation/usage?
Where's Baltia going to get the $10M+ in attorney fees they'll have to pay? What are they going to sue for? Money?
Do you know how many years it'll take Baltia to sue a manufacturer? At LEAST 5+ years of work before anything ever happens.
In short - it's an irrelevant topic of discussion because Baltia does not (in my opinion) have the ability to sue anyone at this time. Not even while flying its route post-certification, because how would that reflect on potential customers? Would YOU buy plane tickets for N706BL if you knew the slides used to be faulty?
