Wow! sounds like a slide packers lawyer there... I don't see why Baltia can't sue the Packing company. I'm sure there must be some sort of quality standards to which they can be held. Using the FAA standard for them to be certified, then double that, and you have an open and shut case. In fact, I'm wondering if Baltia isn't just waiting for the dust to settle before making waves....
