I'm not even thinking about NASDAQ. I mean, that is kind of wishful thinking, that's years down the road. Another questions is, if this merger does happen. The current directors, they will probably be promised shares as any director would want. I wonder if they will create preferred shares for the new directors, or they may have to use those shares not in the float to provide for the directors. They will receive stock incentives, it's just a matter of how much.
