Agreed, I wouldn't expect a buyout either, just saying I see that as the only short term catalyst that would send the pps skyrocketing overnight. You never know though, everthing is for sale at the right price. I believe management is aware of the games played and is protecting the company thus the increase in preferred shares. Dillution is a dirty word in pennyland but in the real world it's how a public company can fund growth and add value. I think it's clear that's what is happening and this is what long term investors want. It's extremely impressive the company that Ultraflix already keeps and as word gets out this summer things are going to get explosive. Bottom line is we must allow time for the 4k market to grow and Ultraflix to expand its library. We know the biggest names in the business are supporting Nanotech and are committed to promote Ultraflix in a major way. It's just a matter of time now, imo, Q3Q4 subscribers and revenues will shock many people.
