Don't hold your breath for a buyout happening anytime soon. Besides this being DF's baby, what kind of a premium ya think UF could get when it still doesn't really have a recognized brand yet, it still hasn't had a chance to prove its going to be a revenue juggernaut and its only trading at a penny? Ummm, I'll take a wag...how about dog piss jones!

Personally, I'm not in this for a buyout and I'll bet a portion of the new AS was to ensure any ideas of a hostile takeover isnt going to happen. I'm not too worried about further dillution either, NTEK is making bank and they've just barely scratched the surface.
