I think the reason many shareholders speculated about what our pps would reach by year end is because Gerald said these three things:
1) We wouldn't RS or up list in the .10 cent range,
2) We were on target to up list by year end, &
3) We didn't know if we'd even need a RS.
Gerald's comments built "great expectations" in shareholders in 2014....unfortunately none of them came true. The kool aid gang likes to make a scapegoat out of me instead of Gerald for all the speculation and ultimate disappointment. You would think the way they post that they consider me to have a greater impact on the stock than even the CEO!! LOL!
They flatter me.
