I believe the point of the Class C shares was to insulate share holders from a RS. Peter's push to get the certs out ASAP (if that, indeed, is happening) may indicate a looming RS followed by a new business plan and strategy. The real question is going to be when and how big? If the RS is part of a growth strategy, then count on the event decimating our current shares but enabling the company to further dilute and rebuild. If the RS is implemented after a major growth effort, then, the it is probably part of a up-list effort. My money is on the pre-growth enablement strategy as that is more consistent with where we are at right now.
