BTW, the insulation was intended for Peter too! This allows him to maintain a controlling interest while decimating the SS further with an RS.
However, all of this is for naught if there is no solid business plan to follow. We won't know what this is for quite some time, IMO, as Peter needs to find some short term financing to get something tangible off the ground. Then, the RS option would be executed to expand those efforts. It would be foolish to go the RS route without anything already in the works.
RS for a new business plan is a recipe for disaster. RS for expansion and uplist is a winning ticket. We'll just have to wait and see what path Peter is on.
