Sorry for the delayed reply - I was still wondering why you linked an undated draft permit for JBI, instead of the actual one from the DEC website.....
I believe that the answer to your question will come if / when a sale is announced, not when you ask IR. But I will not discount situations where the buyer places a higher value on the process than on the price of the output. It would be foolish to place restrictions on how to use widgets, if you are in the business of selling widgets, wouldn't you agree?
