With all due respect CJ, I think the, 'plan', has been made extremely clear in the first filing, of which this one on the 10th will be identical.
There we're obviously procedural issues, and that is fine. The timelines will remain intact, or should, with consideration to response timelines following the re-file of the review.
I am confident that Bill , et. al. wants to dot the I's and cross the T's to build a solid foundation with the review. It is worth taking the time to do so. IMO.
Also, I seriously doubt that he is just sitting around waiting for something to happen. I believe there are some major good surprises coming our way in the not too distant future. JMO of course. GLTA
