I concur with you. I thought based on the fact that it took so long to put it out, the PR would be longer and more detailed. "...merely a procedural issue to comply with certain procedural rules of the Court." is pretty vague regarding what happened and why. Shareholders DO deserve to know details about material events.

At any rate, it's good to see a short timetable for refiling. All eyes will certainly be back on those court docs April 10 (or sooner) and beyond!
