Number 1: The license for CEN Bio is under appeal and will eventually be awarded to them and their business will then go on as planned.
Number 2: The building is not empty and does not belong to the Town of Lakeshore, so they have no say in how it will be used. The fences and the building were all built to code and do not have to be removed.
Number 3: Lakeshore is about to get a rude awakening and will probably be sued by CEN Bio, who will win said lawsuit and own Lakeshore.
Number 4: Mayor Tom Bain is a crook so anything he says has to be taken with a grain of very bitter salt. The saga of CEN Bio and Lakeshore is far from over and this is all looking very bad for Lakeshore and their corrupt council...
Number 5: The Blackburn News is hardly a reputable news source...
