I do agree with you on those points. Certainly if I could pick out Worldcom, Enron, etc... as scams ahead of time, I would certainly do that. However I have much more experience with startups and I have a strong engineering background. I can immediately see when start up companies claiming a new technology like PTOI aren't being straight or have a flawed story/business so I tend to gravitate to those types of companies. Unfortunately I can't short PTOI so it's more academic rather than financial.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
