Settlements are done to make matters go away.
Not to make major creditors who can control the companies debt out of the person who sued.
That would be the stupidest move ever if cash were available to settle.
Heddle and Bordynuik put Seneca in the drivers seat and now he can sell that debt to whatever 'entity' he chooses.
Does he need Skype and signals to find one ?
