Back in September of 2014 Gerald said he didn't even know if we'd need a RS to up list by year end, or that if we did we'd RS at a much higher level because of all the catalysts we had. He needs to start showing some of that firepower pretty quick or else his credibility will become irreparably damaged.

Either some catalysts have been delayed, or his judgement about the potency of catalysts released was lacking, or he was simply stretching the truth. Lets hope some catalysts were delayed from 2014 and hit real soon. If not, then it looks like he was either lacking in judgement or just fibbing.

I haven't seen anything that could have negated the necessity of a RS to up list to NASDAQ. Only a massive partnership would do that. I don't see that happening for another year or two.
