Hey Jim $ECIG very interesting now! Announcements will control a lot
The split is not happening on 3/10! the vote for the split and increase in AS is happening on March 10th!
Now they could still call off the whole split thing,
They have up until December 31st to implement it,
But there should be warning before the split is about to occur!
They maybe waiting until 3/10 to announce revenues and yearly earnings!
The One very Positive THING is that Management did NOT DO THIS, Note holder's did! SO MANAGEMENT IS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE PRICE THEIR STOCK IS TRADING FOR!
They had a lot of shares VALUED very HIGH and then due to the agreement the company was unable to purchase stock back, hence why it fell so far!
I am not sure if this has changed or not! It may have, The Board of directors would have to disclose purchases, but I believe they get a certain amount of days to file the form!
So with the volume this week, it is possible they bought back a ton!
