The Big thing is $ECIG stock price was due to it Being Driven Down ON PURPOSE BY THIRD PARTIES, SHORTS, NOTEHOLDER'S
So the price that the stock is at, is not a reflection of the value of the company,
It is a reflection of how low someone could manipulate the stock!
