Zoom: I don't think either one of your command of English is good enough to understand one another. Yes, Urano is using recombinant MANF for diabetes (to fix eye damage). But for the disease itself he is using gene therapy, which is not our recombinant MANF.
Urano has stated this several times but you don't understand what he is saying. Gene therapy is targeting endogenous MANF production, not using recombinant MANF injections.
