the new standards have been implemented on a rolling basis starting May 1 2014 w process to be completed by may 1 2015 -compliance required 4 months after a co's fiscal year beginning ca apr 1 2014 or so
many former OTCQB co's cant or wont meet the new standards so will be relegated by otc to pink current even though still sec reporting -
part of a political mandate which began 2009 to eliminate low pennies -esp those below 1c pps-
so agencies and others greenlighted by agencies received political orders which violate constitutional due process to attack low pennies -and thus 1000's of low pennies have been ce'd or restricted by brokers or dtc as per that political mandate -including CWRN
