Maui,
Your third link is very interesting information. Has anyone identified any leukemia trials that are using AMBS's MANF in combination with another cancer drug (e.g. Novartis's Gleevec)?
If this information turns out to be valid, Gerald is absolutely correct. There won't be a need for an RS!!!
I just read an article this morning about Pharmacyclics considering the option of selling itself. According to the article, J&J and Novartis AG are two interested potential buyers. I've always wondered what GC was talking about whenever he said he couldn't talk about things because of confidentiality agreements. This is just my opinion, but maybe because this could be why if MANF is tied to cancer trials related to Pharmacyclics or Novartis.
What's make this long-shot possibility even more interesting is that AMBS hired people with recent experience with Pharmacyclics.
