Absolutely a GREAT AMERICAN COMPANY Gregg.  You may not like how they make money for those of us who invest in Bank Of America.  But, I sure do!

But, that's not really the point is it?  The point is that DTCC is an American Company, and they do a great job of not allowing companies to continue to sell shares without a Transfer Agent like Therma-Med was doing.
