Sun, Here is another thing about the great BOA. The government tried to stop the cozy warm friendships between Realtors, Banks, and appraisers. So they came up with a law, stating all appraisers will be put into a pool, and used randomly for a fair and honest appraisal of property. BUT GUESS WHAT, BOA said no way, and they went out and  bought their own appraisal company, and told the Government to BUTT out. They then instructed ALL the appraisers that work for them to appraise all properties for 15% less than actual value, so they could HAMMER DOWN the Real estate market farther, for their advantage. They said the 15% reduction would amount to millions of American dollars they could INVEST OVERSEAS.  Great American Company----REALLY???  Gregg
