Gregg, you said that some Canadians said this "The DTCC is run totally by overseas interest, who really don't give a dam about the American investor."

The DTCC Board Of Directors seem to be mostly American.  The biographies of these Board Members say these folks had careers with American Companies like Bank Of America, Bank Of New York, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Federal Reserve Bank Of Minneapolis, Citi Bank, Alliance Bernstein, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and other great American Companies.  Many of which some of us may own stock in.

My point is that it is hard to believe that DTCC is run totally by overseas interests as your Canadians say.  Maybe they meant run by Americans, which I suppose could be considered overseas interests if you're Canadian.

Our company Therma-Med is in trouble with an American Company with a Board Of Directors made up mostly of Americans.
