Yes, reading the filing, and specifically the chronology, gives real illumination that FITX (at the time it was anyway :p) dotted their i's and crossed their t's.

What really sucks is that this ever had to happen because assuming this goes in Cen's favor, we still have to work with these turds! It's a "lifelong"/business-long partnership, at least at this stage.

Assuming this goes Cen's way, I hope HC realizes the greatness Cen brings to the table and weeps that they ever got in the way, wishing they could take it all back. lol...
