After reading this, it's obvious to me HC's application process is flawed and very biased. However, IMO, probably also very political. I don't see how, with the steps that CEN has taken, this could not end up in CEN's favor. The only issue, unfortunately, is that it will probably be a long and grueling process. All just my opinion ofcourse.
