My first thought is that Cenb will finally find out whats going to happen in Canada and if it doesn't work out there (this time at least) i know how much of a go getter Bill and team are and i am confident they will be successful elsewhere, it wouldn't be over just because the process has been so messed up this time, this sector is still in its infancy
