Marijuana is a plant and so is hemp. I don't understand why Lakeshore can restrict hemp to agricultural land and medical marijuana to industrial. Isn't it the same plant? I know hemp is a different strain, but it's very similar. Would it be possible for Cen to start growing hemp at the agricultural site while they wait for a reversal from OMB about zoning? I guess I am just wondering if they have begun growing hemp. At least we can begin to make some money that way. Who knows maybe they have.
