It is an exclusive license to NanoLogix. That means "exclusive". That means NanoLogix is in control of the patent. This was hashed through numerous times on the IHub Board but the same people keep raising it in an effort to create doubt about the company. "Exclusive" means "exclusive" as in "I assign and grant exclusive rights to NanoLogix to use, manufacture, sell, license and obtain profits from the patented item." The legal rights granted by an exclusive license are "property" and are a company asset. There is nothing more to say but I am certain that given the underlying motivations things will still be said.
