bashers are always intimating co's should publish their contracts - not even blue chips usually do that

NNLX publishes its financials in greater depth than even many pink current stocks- even if they are not GAAP - so revenues listed in such belong to NNLX

would be nice to see a statement on the license issue = maybe there is somewhere- we have had statements on this board and elsewhere, but, knowing the slant of a certain persons posts, dont subliminally imply some type of subterfuge

i would expect upgrading to current pink as revenues allow (its 4200/year to be part of OTC's disclosure service) at some point in the near future and at that point- if not sooner- we will have more details

if Bret were planning on keeping the license exclusively to himself, operating a public company- w all the many headaches that result from a public company- would be foolish

since Bret is a major stockholder its logical Bret would eventually benefit from granting an exclusive license to NNLX without running an operation by himself
