i checked that *for profit site* >> OTC Markets >> to see
what they had to *offer* up
atty letter (circa April 20, 2012 ) .. clearly states in the 2nd paragraph
they DO NOT FILE ANNUAL or OTHER REPORTS ( aka non reporting company ) to the SEC
in my book that invalidates said comp in total ..
to say nothing of original ? asked ..

right now the successful early adopter's *spot* >> is P2O's to lose
next 2 *companies* that IPO within this emerging sector .. won't do too badly either .. it's just how it works
folks might want to refresh .. what fully filing disruptors ' (any sector) *reveal* via their quarterly CCs
