Been looking into ELCR a little bit more, that link I posted was for a for-profit corporation registered in Missouri, not for ELCR itself. Here is a link to the profile on the Missouri state website for Electric Car Company of Delaware Inc.:

and here is the first filing, note it is for a foreign for-profit corporation, electric car company of Delaware, that was created by electric car company inc

So, ELCR was not administratively dissolved, just the electric car company of delaware inc that ELCR created in August 2010.
