My concern with this ticker is they have not filed anything since 2011. At that time, Imperial Coachworks was owned by them. On coachwork's website, http://www.limoland.com/ , they do not mention ELCR at all and have changed their name to Springfield Coach Group.

Also, I found this on the Missouri state website:

When they were reporting, I agreed with you I believed they had a lot of potential. Now, I am concerned with no information and the above link. If I am missing any information that is current on the company, please let me know as I have been searching. If they are still around, I agree they have potential.
