lajet brings up good points. making me think....

we know kp has been telling lies. bashing. hurting ntek, their reputation and by association - shareholders. so if he's used city/gov't/company products like their tv, computers, phone, et al. aren't they liable? is the entity he works for liable? especially if they are told about this guy and don't do anything. and/or keep him on?

what if i wanted to sue..... could i sue the city?

perhaps ntek or other shareholders might find some value in going after his employer (they might have to let him go - as in fire him or ask for his resignation)
