Sure, Stockspock. Do you think the NYDEC was able to tell that PTOI's claims were true by analyzing the stack exhaust for the air permit or through the solid waste permit??
Here's a thought. Why don't we ask every single person in the world *except* the company itself??--that way PTOI doesn't have to say how well the process works and nobody has to ask PTOI how well the process works! Isn't that smart??
