It's really simple, Mr. Smartypants.
The NYDEC issued PTOI 5 & 10 year operating permits for a process that actually converts anything plastic to anything from Naphtha to #2 & #6 fuel at the Tap, ready to rock and roll..
If you are such a concerned citizen them why don't you e-mail the NYDEC and ask them why they issued the permits for a process as you say:
