Last we knew he had sold 3.2 billion shares. It looks like he sold another 2.25 billion since then. If he managed to sell them at .0005, that would amount to $1,125,000, more than the current market cap - if he still has the cash. That may be why he's able to lower the A/S as well. Here's to hoping the company is on fairly solid financial footing.
