WIth the new share count, Mark either assumes he doesn't need to raise much more through share sales or he'll have to raise the A/S fairly quickly. With the 36 million shares outstanding that leaves just 7 million available for sale.

Also, with 36 million outstanding (plus a few), the current market cap is 1.1 million. Not a lot if he has 2 million in inventory.

Next few weeks should be interesting.
