I use Fidelity, ditto policy, however; I have called them when moving cash there from my checking account say on Mon, and I want to buy BLTA same day. They have always cooperated and even left the fee at 7.95

They'll say, I'll make an exception and take care of it right now for you, but don't expect us to do it all the time.

I've been with them probably 20 years, so they just handle it.
