FaceTheFacts agrees with your post, FTF's motto is to listen to everyone and trust no one when it comes to SMBs. Ignoring anybody with an opposing viewpoint is a recipe for disaster when it comes to investing.
Many years ago FTF was invested in a Chinese company (this was before widespread fraud was discovered in the Chinese sector), a poster with a negative view guided me to additional research which led me to agree that the company was a fraud. It no longer trades today, saved me about 25K.
