Absolutely. And three years after my article, everything about it still holds and the delays mentioned in my article have given way to brand new delays. Investors are still chasing the carrot around the calendar. The stock has lost 95% of its value since then as investors are slowly starting to figure things out but the running in place continues. Deals and contracts keep drifting into memory without ever coming to fruition as new deals and contracts replenish the old and keep the story fresh. Investors are still on the edges of their seats.
