I really do welcome opinions and I don't think it's "low" to post honest opinions about a stock. Message boards would be great for exchanging ideas if they weren't so devoted to cheering/pumping stocks. If I had a stock and someone pointed out exactly why it was worthless, I would be grateful for the insight. I can determine whether I feel the insight has any merit or not.
I can tell you that if I had invested in PTOI and someone pointed out that the market value of scrap plastics refuted not only the founder's fantastic claims but the commercial viability even under the most optimistic scenario, I would have recognized that math as correct and would have sold. If I had been in that situation, I would have issued a hearty, "Thank you!".
Additionally, if I had invested in PTOI and someone pointed out the that the founder was a swindler and/or why plastic to oil was worthless...but if I disregarded that and decided hold through this massive drop, I might take a second look at what that person said.
