Quick and simple answer should be obvious. OTC penny stocks are highly volatile primarily traded by speculators. Price can be manipulated much easier when few people are trading. In NTEK's case, you have a little more than 1/2 billion float yet avg trading day volume is barely a few million. Selling short into weakness and pay unscrupulous goofballs to bash litterally 24/7, add nervous Nellies selling out of fear and there ya have it. Remember, neither UF nor Nanotech Ent are household names, yet.
Based on your numbers for just UF streaming, that appears to be correct.
Just remember, NTEK doesnt need debt financing. All this garbage about diluting is just that, garbage.
