Good Morning Senior Chief, I spoke with a broker from Fidelity who called down to their tax dept and gave me the following information: the tax date is 12/8/14 and the pps is .06 I asked how they came up with the pps and he said Fidelity had received a dollar amount for each of their mCig investors and that amount was divided by the number of shares each individual investor held to come up with the .06 He did say that they did not have a lot of info from mCig and if something else should come up I could contact them with the information. In the Jan 8th pr their was a paragraph at the end which stated:

"VitaCig Inc. Trading Update

The company's 47% owned affiliate VitaCig Inc. began trading on the Over The Counter unlisted market under the symbol VTCQ on January 6, 2015. The company advises its shareholders to remain patient while VitaCig Inc. obtains its OTCQB listing that will provide better market access and price transparency. The initiation of trading also marks the final step in the spinoff of VitaCig Inc. from mCig Inc., allowing the two brands to pursue their independent market opportunities. VitaCig Inc. will provide a separate and formal update to shareholders once shares have been listed on the OTCQB."

There may be more information in an upcoming pr regarding VTCQ. We are not to the end of January yet. I am not planning on selling in the short term. Have a good day!
