Churbz, with MSPrecise able to deliver 10's to 100's of millions of revenue with in a couple of short years, according to GC. I don't really see a need for a RS. From his last presentation GC said MSP will be the revenue engine over the next few years. Lympro is pretty much back on the incubator for V3 after getting the G-town assay. I think they will still use Lympro V1 to bring in revenue and get it exposure until they include the exsomes and lipids components. Then Lympro will be an absolute beast. Even before then as MSPrecise starts generating revenue then the sp will skyrocket. Especially when you factor in the multiples for valuation.
No, this is't being done on the time frame I wanted but it is an overall great thing for AMBS and long term investors. Revenues coming in from Lympro now, and soon much more revenue from MSP. I see an up listing being done by late 2015 early 2016 with out a RS, and that's with AMBS holding on to everything else we currently have. Now, if we do sell something this year the time line could be bumped up. I just don't see them being willing to sell unless it's to avoid a RS of any sort. Personally, I'm OK with staying on OTC to avoid selling an asset for a while longer. MSP is going to get us the valuation by it's self to get on the big boards, but we will more than likely need 2-3 Quarters of increased revenue growth to accomplish it.
My 2 cents.
